As an AI Engineer, you’ll be part of a small, agile team dedicated to translating AI into practical, real-world solutions for our customers.

What will you do?

In this role, you'll be developing and testing innovative AI solutions that push our products—and our customers—forward. You’ll bring ideas to life through prototypes, proof of concepts (POCs), and MVPs, turning technological trends into tangible applications. You’ll work closely with colleagues from various disciplines, in a small innovation team where there’s plenty of room for initiative and personal input.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and testing AI concepts through POCs and MVPs
  • Translating new technologies into working AI applications for our customers
  • Building agents, prompts, and AI workflows based on experimentation and short iterations
  • Integrating AI solutions into existing software, in collaboration with product teams and domain experts
  • Validating ideas and assumptions through hypotheses, testing, and feedback loops
  • Documenting and sharing insights, reusable components, and lessons learned
  • Actively contributing to innovation projects, hackathons, and AI initiatives
  • Applying and sharing your AI knowledge within the organization
  • You make sure innovation doesn’t remain an idea—it becomes reality, adding real value for our users.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a curious and enterprising AI Engineer who uses technology to create meaningful impact. You enjoy experimenting, learning quickly, and turning ideas into real, working solutions. You’re comfortable working independently and collaboratively, and you love building something new with others.

You recognize yourself in the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO+) or equivalent working and thinking level
  • Strong command of English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Affinity with building Agentic AI Workflows & Generative AI Features
  • Experience with or interest in Microsoft Azure tools like AI Foundry, Copilot Studio and more
  • Familiarity with development languages such as Python, and preferably Microsoft integration tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • An experimental mindset: hypothesis → test → learn → improve
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written); you're able to clearly explain your ideas
  • You stay up to date with the latest AI trends and enjoy sharing your knowledge
