These are our conditions
At Mprise, expert colleagues work together based on ownership and wholesomeness, but above all with an eye and respect for each other. Based on trust in this strong corporate culture, our employment conditions and guidelines have been recorded in the Workwise.

The basisWorking conditions
The basis must be good, and of course that starts with our employment conditions. You'll receive your salary every month on the 23rd, with 8% vacation pay in May. There is a collective pension plan and various additional income insurances have been taken out. Our profit sharing scheme ensures that everyone at Mprise shares in the shared success.
Work dynamicallyArranged properly
Working at Mprise means working in various locations with our office in Veenendaal as a base camp. At home, in the office and at the customer's place, we provide you with all the facilities you need to work comfortably. For example, you get a laptop, you can set up your entire workplace at home and we have a mobility scheme and a home working allowance. At the office, you'll be well taken care of with sit-stand desks, delicious coffee and fresh fruit.
You get a lot of freedom to make your own schedule, but working together also means being together regularly. That's why we like to see our colleagues in the Netherlands at least four days a month in the office to connect.

To stay Sharp, it's also necessary to charge regularly. That's why we make sure you have plenty of free time with 27 vacation days, free on all major holidays and structural extra appreciation days if you've been employed for more than 5 years!
The weekend is for leisure, not work. But if a customer gets into a situation where support is desperately needed, we are of course there for them! We try to prevent overwork as much as possible. So the extra hours you work are offset in time at Mprise so you have enough free time to recharge.

Develop continuouslySharpen your mind
Learning is in our DNA, both in theory and in practice. In order to remain surprisingly smart, continuous learning and development within Mprise is well organized. For example, you can attend training courses at our own Dynamics Academy, new Microsoft certifications can be obtained annually, and budgets are available for personal and professional development. In the meetings with your manager there is always attention for your growth!

What's better than celebrating beautiful and special moments together? We think you should be put in the picture regularly! For example, on your birthday, when you are moving, or if you have been working with us for 5 years.
But of course, we're not just there for each other when the party is on. That's why at Mprise, we offer bereavement leave, (financial) coaching and care leave. And if something is different, together we will find a solution that suits your situation.
