Functional Consultant Agriware

You know the Dutch horticulture sector inside and out and have a passion for making things better. By thinking about the processes within a nursery and seeing how we can make our customers' lives a little easier every day with smart solutions. You're not afraid of automation, but you don't need to know everything about systems. We'll teach you that. In this position, you will implement and optimize our horticultural software, Agriware, for our customers in the horticulture sector. In this way, you are doing your bit every day in this challenging and innovative industry!

‍What are you going to do?

As a consultant, you are an important face for customers, after all, you are responsible for the successful implementation and optimization of Agriware for the customer. Implementing our system is a means for the customer to help them achieve their goals and to support them in their innovations. In order to implement, you must therefore know well where the customer's needs lie and how they are met by Agriware. You are good at unraveling processes; with your curiosity, you know how to challenge and surprise the customer. Here, you combine your knowledge of the market, the customer's business processes and the possibilities of Agriware.

Our customers want their employees to be able to work comfortably, efficiently and safely. To do this, their IT solutions must be up to date and state-of-the-art. So ready for the future. As an Agriware consultant, you are their source of information, sparring partner and advisor. Sometimes remotely, sometimes with the customer: the balance between them depends on what you want and can do

So what are the activities in your role?

• Gap fit analysis and documentation
• Analyzing processes and requirements by, for example, workshops with key users
• Guide and train key users so that they can use the product independently after implementation
• Writing software modification specifications

We are looking for an experienced colleague with:

• HBO work and thinking level
• Extensive experience with ERP software
• A background in horticulture or affinity with this industry
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages
• Good communication skills
