The challenge
Our organization is growing rapidly and expanding globally. In order to optimally support our customers, we are setting a new course for our Customer Support department: international, scalable and available 24/7.

If Customer Support Manager you are the architect and engine behind this transformation. You not only design the interior, but also take care of the implementation. You're building a strong, virtual support organization that operates globally and offers customers an outstanding experience — regardless of time zone or complexity.

Your responsibilities

· Design & execution: Develop an international support strategy (24/7 service) and actively participate in the operation where necessary.

· Process optimization: Improve support processes on a global scale (way of working, tooling, controlling).

· Collaboration: Maintain strong relationships with the delivery and product development organization.

· Lead & inspire: Coach and motivate the international Support team (1st and 2nd line), which works virtually and globally.

· Service excellence: Ensure excellent service for internal and external customers. You regularly talk to customers to get wishes and make use of successes.

 

Who are you?

You bring order to a dynamic environment. With your organizational skills and analytical abilities, you know how to understand and review processes. Here, you act as a connector inside and outside the organization and as an inspiration for your team. You have strong problem solving skills and customer expectations are there to exceed. You also have:

• HBO work and thinking level

• Experience with setting up or restructuring international support organizations.

• Knowledge of support processes, tooling and KPIs.

• Good command of the Dutch and English languages

• Availability at least 32 hours per week

• Willingness to work at least 3 days a week at the Veenendaal office
