What you'll be working on

As a Project Manager you will strengthen our Mprise Agriware team by focussing on implementing Agriware and standard Business Central (BC) for new customers. Apart from focusing on new customers, you will also help our existing customers to optimize whatever they're working with, either Agriware or BC.

Your activities on the role:

• Contributing to our growth in Mexico, the US and Canada by managing general project as well as your own assigned projects.
• Managing multiple projects at the same time and maintaining a clear overview of priorities across different project contexts.
• Taking full ownership of project success by managing time, scope, quality, budget and risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Creating project plans and phased roadmaps based on customer expectations and Agriware practices.
• Build strong relations with all external and internal stakeholders. Lead steering committee meetings.
• Building and leading a project team with the right expertise to deliver results.
• Working in a very customer-driven way by willing to understand our customers and having a good relationship with your colleagues.

Who are you?

You're someone living in the Pacific Northwest (US) or British Columbia (CA) and you're looking for a job that offers both: the opportunity to work from home but also the variety of travelling frequently.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years experience with ERP implementations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience in/knowledge of the Microsoft Sure-Step approach is preferable.
• Has a good eye for change management.
• Is good at managing projects from A to Z.
• Has a customer-centered approach.
• Is energetic, positive and adaptable.
• Is analytical, results-driven and proactive.
• Has natural leadership skills: you inspire, connect and motivate.
• Is fluent in English.
• Is available to work 40 hours a week.
• Is living in the US or Canada, in the timezone Pacific.
• Is willing to work from home but likes to travel to visit customers or team building activities.
