What Will You Do?
As International Sales Manager, you’ll sell Agriware 365 Business Software to clients in the horticultural sector across Canada and the USA. You’ll collaborate with colleagues based in North America and the sales team in the Netherlands. You’ll create opportunities through lead generation, networking, attending industry trade shows, and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Your drive, energy, and creativity will be crucial in acquiring new customers.

Selling ERP software can take time—sometimes a year or more—so you’ll need to stay focused on the complex sales process. Once a lead shows interest, you’ll team up with the presales expert to provide demonstrations and engage with the client’s external stakeholders. You’ll prepare comprehensive offers, including software licenses, implementation, customization, and more. This requires a solid grasp of numbers and the ability to structure and justify quotations effectively.

You’ll also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like the project manager, developers, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery. Even after implementation, you’ll remain involved to ensure the new customer is satisfied and sees the value Mprise Agriware brings.

Your Profile

You’re a team player who knows how to engage and inspire the right people for each project. And, most importantly, you have the focus and patience to navigate complex sales cycles successfully.

You Bring:

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree;
  • 5-7 years of experience in ERP business software sales;
  • Affinity with the horticultural sector;
  • Excellent command of English (additional languages like Spanish and French are a plus!);
  • Residing in Canada or the USA, or willing to relocate to North America;
  • Willingness to travel regularly for the position.
